How do I get a non shiny face on photos? I have normal skin - do I need a primer or something, bit clueless when it comes to make up/beauty products 🙈

Ooh it’s hard to say @Lovelygreenhills as it could be that your foundation( presuming you wear one) is a glowy/ illuminating one then it could be the glow that you’ll is making you look shiny. I got a shock when I had my photo taken and looked at it and I was shin and I changed foundation not long after. It could be the case of changing foundation like I did however if not primer and pressed powder could be the answer.

Thank you, I don’t wear foundation, just Aldi SPF moisturiser and pressed power, what does primer do?

Rimmel fix and perfect primer, it's mattifying. Think that's what it's called. In a little white tube with a blue lid. You'd use it over moisturizer and under foundation. Tinted moisturizer is a hybrid between the two, so I've no idea with that sorry. Maybe you need a mattifying foundation too? Also when are you taking these photos? IME no makeup lasts longer than a few hours without needing a top up or some powder added to reduce shine
