Summer clothes for work (primary teacher)

I find it so hard to get clothes for work in the summer (and at all, tbh, but I only have about 2 outfits I wear outside work - in work, for a five day week, I need more options!).

I’m size 12, early 30s, 5ft 9. I’m looking for:

• something that isn’t cleavage-y at all, but also not high necked. I have big boobs and high necks give me a real smuggling water balloons look. I often wear a strap top under dresses and that makes them more ‘modest’;
• something midi length. I want to wear it without tights, and don’t want anything shorter than mid-calf length;
• something that won’t show sweat patches (no light blue, etc - I think patterns are better, or something with a double layer against the skin);
• something with sleeves that go down to the middle of my upper arm;
• something not made from that horrible stretchy, clingy fabric they use at White Stuff etc;
• something I can eat a massive school lunch in and not worry about bloating afterwards - so fairly loose.

Any ideas at all? When I was in TKMaxx last week, there were loads of dresses in a similar style to that. That would be my first stop

Honestly I don't work in a school, but I do work with sex offenders so our dress code is smart casual nothing in anyway revealing, short etc. My first boss actually used to call it 'teacher wear'.
Seasalt is great, I'm 5'9 and nothing is short, they even do longer length. Mainly cotton so not sweaty and as long as they are hung well to dry , minimal or no ironing.
I've just ordered a couple of jumpsuits for out of work but their dresses are good too. Also 20% bluelight discount all of the time

I like nobodies child for work dresses. I have this one which I love. I do need to wear a vest top under it though

I’m a teacher too and have the same problem every summer for work! I have bought this dress from Next in the green and the red. I also have big boobs and usually avoid higher necklines, but this looks great. Only £24. Plus it has pockets!! I got lots of compliments on it at work

This is similar with no slit. Also designed for those of us with large breasts. It comes in three colours. The green one is lovely too.
