Looking for a couple of nice dresses for my birthday weekend. I love florals, like vintage style things also. Any websites that may be worth looking at? I'm uk 18

What is your budget and what is the venue/event?

Rixo has some great 70s style maxis at the moment and have extended sizing ranges. Warehouse also have some cool 70s sparkly numbers at a more reasonable price point. If you are looking for something more casual, Joanie do dresses in 40s styles with full skirts. I’ve also seen The Pretty Dress Company recommended quite a bit, and they specialise in vintage styles.

i rate Farm Rio too and I would love to have an excuse to buy one of their dresses!

So probably no more than £100 couldn't justify any more. Venue is small restaurant for meal out and family garden party at home

Joanie prints are gorgeous! That said, the fabric quality can vary in my experience, so best to order a few different styles.

If you like the swing dress style, you can also try Jolie Moi in that price point, because they have some plain dresses with full skirts

Vivien of Holloway is the best option for vintage styles but would be above your budget (particularly if you are looking to get the full skirt look, since you may also need to budget for a petticoat), so you should also consider a brand like Dolly and Dotty to keep the prices down (they also have gorgeous prints).
