Skin care routine with melasma

Hi,
52, post menopausal and developed melasma this time last year. I'm thinking hormones and sun are the culprits.

I use Altruist SP50 x 3 times daily and have started using Azeliac acid 20%.

Anyone successfully cleared their melasma with a particular product?

I use tretinoin cream, I buy from my local skin clinic , it’s quite expensive but you only need a small amount. I’d highly recommend it as it has made my melasma fade and disappear at parts.

This is the small tube , cost £120 but I’ve had it months and I don’t use it every night as it is very strong .
