Epilator recommended

My epilator is on its last legs. I can't complain, it's lasted over 10 years!
My first was braun and this one is Philips. I mostly use then for under arms and bikini line, the rest of me isn't very hairy
I've been looking at the silk epil but some are £££
I can't tell if, for example, the silk epil 5 is any different from the silk epil 9 other than the number of attachments and some seem to have massage attachments. Cost is twice as much
Any recommendations gratefully received

Further reading tells me the 5 is corded and dry only. My old Philips is rechargeable and I usually use it in the shower
I guess the newer ones might be fine used dry

I used to epilate but switched to a Braun IPL instead when my last one had its day. Is this something you'd consider?

I hadn't thought about laser but definitely something to consider
How long did it take for you to see results and is the hair gone forever or does it come back eventually?

I followed the suggested once weekly for twelve weeks then after that a monthly top up. It has been a life changer for me to be honest. There are some threads on the Braun IPL and Phillips Lumea you might be able to find. It was expensive to buy but the amount I've saved in razors, creams etc. Made it worthwhile.

Thanks, I'll do a search
