Can someone recommend a good brand for magnetic lashes? Are they better than standard strip lashes?

I tried them for a bit , and again recently. But there’s points that won’t make me go back now

  1. I end up looking like a panda, the eyeliner isn’t waterproof
  2. the eyeliner dries up and flakes. This stuff is brutal if it gets inside your eye. Honestly awful pain!
  3. the lashes just don’t seem to curve nicely across your own.

my friend also took a nasty reaction to the liner.

im back to strip lashes and I’m happy again, much more reliable

Watching with interest as I've just bought and wqiting for delivery of some 'Lolas lashes' after having salon individual lashes for nearly a year now on/off.

Following.

Found a great set on amazon but they were a random brand and haven't been able to replace them.

I tried them too and ended up with the"panda look".
I switched to glue eyeliner (Lola's lashes do a good one in black or white) but I prefer Kiss liner.
I like the look of normal lashes over the magnetic ones which looked too stiff.

Thanks for the replies :) I do love my Ardel Whispies so may stick with them

I tried Lola’s magnetic lashes but the eyeliner was too harsh and heavy for my taste. I like quite a natural look though.
