I've tried so many different pop socks, including the ones people recommend on here on previous threads, and yet I still end up with them sliding under my heel. It could be that the heels of my shoes are a bit big or something (I do have weird feet that are very hard to fit), and I definitely have a strange gait that might pull the socks under (one seems worse than the other). But is there anything else I can do? I tried putting a gel heel liner in , which seemed to help for a while, but back to normal now. Even socks that I thought were OK last summer weren't now, so whether it's stretching/shrinking in the wash/my feet changing/something else, I don't know.
I have fitflop rally canvas trainers, and a huge variety of socks. I liked some that were slightly padded and had grippy bits, but those can rub more if they slip down.
Can I walk differently? Put something else in the trainer to help? put something on the sock? shrink them more (or will that make them worse?)
