i have lost quite a lot of weight about 3 stones still
at least two stones more to go but i'm so happy and thought i'd be able to start getting some nice interim clothes.
i'm
going on holiday on saturday so could go out tomorrow for a few things
but now i have skinny legs and my bust looks bigger than ever. i'm so out of practice with buying clothes so i'm wearing dark trousers that are not exactly skinny fit but are straight and tops that kind of hang from my bust.
I'm also very short
im happy to give any style a go i haven't bought anything new this year.
But im determined to shift the last two stones so don't want too much expense

I think avoid tops that just hang off your bust. Tuck them in if necessary to give definition at waist or buy shorter ones. I also like to wear shirts open as you can get away with more fitted tops underneath and the vertical lines break up the bust. Accepted wisdom is a long necklace too, though not too long that then just hangs off too.

V necks lengthen the neck if you have a large bust. More flattering than round or high necks.

I'm in a similar position and a good bra really helped , my old ones were far too big! So new bras would be my first port of call.

thankyou all so much was worried that people would think that was pervy subject!!
I think i've been wearing bras that are far too small and they are a bly really fitting now but i can definitely get measured tomorrow.
i'm just stuck in a rut of clothes that fit rather than flatter .and i thought being less fat would help
these giant mammaries are so frumpy and i look like a giant body on two spindly legs
i only wear v necks and try for non clingy fabrics

I have big boobs. Always have.

holiday wise I find cropped trousers (linens, rolled up jeans, or cotton trousers) with a vest top and kimono style jacket or linen shirt work well. If you wear a fitted vest then a loose outer layer it distracts somehow.

dresses - I avoid puff sleeve (they make me wider), anything with a frill on the top half, or anything very loose which is empire line - I just look matronly or pregnant. With a good fitting bra something with a shirred bodice would work.

I'm heavier on top, no matter what I weight and really love these, which work over fitted trousers and/or skirts

For the summer warmer weather

For the winter weather

The under layer clings nicely and the upper layer skims so the overall look is neat but not too body-com revealing.

Hope you find what works for you xx

I'm big on top and I like simple plain tshirts - jersey is more forgiving than crisp fabrics. I find fatface ivy tshirts very flattering- you might be able to size down as they are generous. Also dresses with a drawstring or shirt dresses are really flattering on me.
