Help me shape my eyebrows

I can't get my eyebrows waxed anymore because it aggravates my skin, so I use a combination of tweezers and a small shaver. The problem is my eyebrows are lopsided and the hairs quite long. I trim them with nail scissors, so that they're not as long and curly!

How do I get them fairly thin and neat and equal?

I do fill them in a bit with brow pencil.

Could you try threading instead?
Remember eyebrows are sisters not twins!

I have one that's a bit more sparse than the other so have to be careful how much hair I remove

Get yourself a eyebrow/ eyelash comb and a pair of nail scissors and trim some of the length off where it gtows out of your eyelash shape. Then just a couple of hairs at a time off either eyebrow.

If you trim them you will be surprised how few hairs need to come off to shape them.

Definitely threading. I just go to the Brow bar in Superdrug

Even when I had them waxed they were never that neat, the hairs seem to curl and just look strange. I think they'd have to be cut really short to stop looking strange and I can't keep on top of that by going for trimming every week or so really. Hoped I could do it at home. Plus I live in a tiny town and haven't seen anywhere that offers threading rather than waxing.

and use clear eyebrow gel that sets them.

You need brown lamination, it changed my life
