Also Urgent- what colour shoes for this dress and any suggestions?

Sorry to post two urgent messages. As said previously, I’m going shopping tomorrow. Going to a wedding on Friday. I’ve bought this dress but does look longer on me as only 5ft. What colour shoes would u buy? Lady in the shop suggested white but stock photo from website has black? And any suggestions of style? I don’t wear shoes/ sandals so won’t be worn again.

Metallic shoes I think might look good. Maybe in a pastel shade rather than a gold or silver.

Given that it’s black lots of colours including magenta and green satin shoes.

I like that dress, but would check before wearing black to a wedding. I couldn't care less, but for some people black is a no no at a wedding.

I would pick an accent colour jacket/shrug and then have co ordinating shoes.

Red, yellow, green, pink, orange, multi coloured, not white or black.

You can wear pretty much any colour you want with that. I'd go for bright pink personally.

Is the dress black? It looks navy to me.
Anyway, I'd wear bright yellow shoes (especially if it's navy). I've just got a pair and, somehow, they're brilliant with everything

Thanks all. After going backwards and forwards between black and white, I bought navy!!! The photo does look dark but it’s quite blue in real life. Wish I’d seen the above post about yellow though. Might look out for some for the future.
