Help me identify this top?

I saw someone wearing a blouse on the train the other day and she disappeared before I could ask her where it was from!

I think it was a cornflower sort of blue and looked like it was cotton. The key thing I remember is that it had a prairie type oversized collar with bright red piping.

Does anyone know the blouse I mean?!

I found one on line but it was from Whistles last year.

It was shaped like this on but had fine stripes, would have looked one colour from a distance with red ric rac on the colour
