They're fantastic but can make your teeth so sensitive. I had to stop because even cool air touching my teeth was painful

They’re fab. I buy the strongest ones I can in the US, but you can easily buy them on Amazon.

My sister brought me some back from the US last year. I didn't think they made that much difference to be honest and I still worry about the damage they may have caused to my enamel. I'd never use them again. They're banned here for good reason.
