My man and his underpants

is it just my DH? He really struggles to find comfortable underpants. He hates the elasticated band (too tight, itchy), won’t wear boxers (too flappy). Wont talk to his male friends about knickers! So over to the wisdom of the MN army. Any recommendations? Or do the men jn your life have the same issue?

Have a look at oddballs, ok they have the elastic band, but it's wide and definitely not itchy. I bough DH some WRU ones for his birthday and he thought they were really comfy. They also do fitted boxers

They are going to have to have some elastic band to stay up though? Does he need a covered elastic band. Like these?

M&S trunks in this house. DS15 has some trunks from Oddballs but prefers M&S and DH only wears M&S.

Actual pants are comfier than boxers.

If he has an issue with waist bands By Langlois micro briefs are very good, they’re only called micro as they don’t have a big thick waist band. The waistband is also the same material as the actual pants.

Step ones - the only ones my DS will wear

as above, only M&S trunks for DH. DS used to be a CK trunk wearer but since he got a mortgage he’s had to “downgrade” to M&S too.

ASDA jobs, dead comfy, but whatever size you think you need, get the next size up and they will be fine.

Uniqlo trunks, no separate waistband and I am assured that they are very comfortable.

I've heard my man mention several times just how comfortable, soft and hard-wearing these are. I think he said that only one pair has got a hole, after about 5 years. He bought himself 10 pairs about 7 years ago and they still look good.
He says that he'll never buy anything other than bamboo underwear.
