No cleanser needs to be expensive, it goes down the sink after 30 seconds.
That said, looking at the ingredients list, lots of nice things in it. It's got exfoliating acids, so you wouldn't need separate ones etc
If you feel like treating yourself, why not? I think sometimes a bit of luxury , even if it's only a cleanser, makes you feel good, even if realistically you know it's no better than the £2.99 Superdrug one at doing its job (taking your makeup off) I treat myself once a year to a jar of L'Occitane moisturizer. It's my little treat for me.
