Slips for slightly see-through dresses?

I've bought a couple of new summer dresses but both have fabric that is ever so slightly see-through.

Does anyone wear slips under dresses now or have suggestions of what might be better?

Am quite self-conscious so would like something to help me feel a bit more confident wearing these dresses!

M&S slips are brilliant and come in many lengths so you can match to your dress. They make it hang much better too
