A hat for DH's big head

DH needs a cap. He has a flat cap and a Panama hat; now he would like a cap that "doesn't make me look like a prick".

Does anyone have any suggestions for something appropriately cool for a mid-40s Home Counties ad man without being try hard.

@HeyMicky I've just brought my partner a bucket hat from Big Bear Headwear. He's got a big old dome and has always struggled to find a hat that fits. They do a baseball cap as well. It says it will fit from 60cm to 66cm head so pretty big.
