Hello to the newbies 👋
Been a week of grey skies here although it is still warm I suppose. I'm suffering from post holiday blues - missing sunshine and long lazy beach days.
Today trousers from Monki, Top from Newlook, jacket is years old from Next and sandals are from the Italian Espadrille company.

Yesterday trousers and top both Hobbs. I got bored of wearing long skirts to cover my legs because it's too warm for tights.

Guess whose household has been down with cold for several days. 🙄
Today I've taken an unpaid day off (as there's not much left of my annual leave) to go to Uniqlo to try some suits on in case I might need them any time soon. Ended up going to a cafe and a bakery too - the bakery is themed after the Beatles and is really pretty

Yesterday’s outfit. I didn’t need the jacket for very long, it was so humid. Waiting to see if the promised thunderstorms arrive today. So far just grey and overcast.

Warm but windy today.. a sniff of actual summer again and at least the sun has managed to overcome the gloomy grey skies that have been lingering all week.
Wide leg crop jeans and stripey top for me today.

I think I’ve already worn this recently but I like it!

It's a shorts day for me seeing as summer is showing it's face again ☀️

I have finally found some low rise jeans. I tried them on, and instantly loved them. I long for the current trend for high waisted everything to end. It doesn’t work for me, and I’m sick of so many trousers having a waistband that practically touches my bra!

Everything is from M&S. It’s warmed up, so I’ll probably get changed into something cooler shortly.

Started in the knitted top but spilled soy sauce on it when I was doing meal
prep so changed into the linen top. It’s hot and sunny

Just when everyone's been wearing effortless, summery outfits & getting me in the mood to do the same... 🌧️ wet and windy here! I've particularly loved @EllaPaella the striped vest and white trousers, @Purplecatshopaholic light 3 piece ensemble, and @Brieandbeetroot the silhouette of your intro photo (!) plus 'green & blue' should always be seen ;) fave combo

Sat at the vet waiting for the bill. Hamster needed his teeth trimmed £150!!!
