Job Interview Outfits

What are women wearing to job interviews in Advertising, PR and similar industries in 2023? I'm attempting to return to work full time after several years as a SAHM and feel clueless. I'm London-based and in my mid-30s, if that makes a difference.

I’ve recently had interviews (in person) and I wore a long floaty pleated skirt with plain black t-shirt and black blazer with heels and then I got a 2nd interview and I wore smart black jeans, heels, blouse and black blazer. I got the job.
