I have long dark brown hair that I usually dye pretty much my natural colour to cover up the few greys and give it some gloss/shine and even out the colour. I’d like to try something new and add in some colour - lighter browns, golden browns, caramels maybe, but I’m not sure which option to go with. My last experience of highlights was back in my late teens when it was all the range to look stripy… I’m approaching 40 now and that’s not look I’m going for anymore!
