Style of trouser

What would you call this style of trouser? It’s specifically the ankle and leg shape I like? Any idea where to get them? Preferably decent quality, not a big fan of fast fashion.

I saw this style on Amazon yesterday when I looked for palazzo trousers; these are obviously cheap but it might be a starting point on what to search for.

Looks like balloon to me.

I wear this sort of style, I usually search for balloon trousers or cocoon trousers.

Haven't seen any with that crossover ankle though - I love them!
