Balayage gone.....orange?

I got a balayage done a few days ago at the salon, mainly to blend in the greys coming through at the front. Unfortunately the new colour looked too white (she used champagne white), so I went back and asked for a more blonde colour (vanilla blonde was my expectation). It now looks like this. To me it looks orange, or does it look okay? I'm considering either a purple or blue shampoo to correct this but can't work out exactly what I need to sort this out. I feel like I don't want to go back to the salon as I've not been happy twice now! Any advice please.

A couple of goes with purple shampoo should sort you out - I had a similar experience recently. I use this one after trying LOTS and it's the best I've used amzn.to/42VOZ7d

I'd apply with latex gloves if you've got any otherwise your hands are lilac for a couple of days afterwards...

It doesn't look like a balayage, the colour should be at the ends?

I have dark hair but a much blonder balayage and use purple shampoo and conditioner twice a week that takes out the brasiness.

Well she mainly did it from a few inches down from the roots, but she went quite close round the front to try and cover up the greys a bit more.

Thanks for the help, would a purple shampoo work better than a blue one? I feel like my hair colour is very dark blonde. Didn't know if blue would work better on that.

Fanola blue shampoo and mask. It’s the best for orange colours. The shampoo is quite drying so you’ll need the mask/a hair mask for nourishment.

Thanks all for the help. Has anyone else got any ideas whether blue or purple shampoo would be better for my hair?

If it’s more orange then blue, if it’s more yellow then purple
fanola is good but so is fudge and not as 🤑
