Work jacket

Hi,
I'm after suggestions for a work jacket for the summer.
I want something that will look 'put together' but don't want something as formal as a blazer.
My office is business casual. I want to start wearing smart trainers with my work outfits and feel like a smarter jacket will help me still look professional.
I haven't got a huge budget so won't be splurging on anything high end, my price range is usually next, asos, TK Maxx, H&M etc..
Preferably a neutral colour.
Hit me with your suggestions please!

Is it something to wear to and from work or at work? What kind of clothes do you wear at work?

Probably to wear to and from, maybe in meetings offsite.
I generally wear knee length patterned dress/ culottes and plain top/ wide leg or bootcut trousers and a shirt/patterned skirt and plain top.
I am 5'4" and size 14 if that helps

That is nice! I like it in the beige. It's not as expensive as I thought it would be for Whistles. I'm going to have a mooch on their website now.
