Can you get jeans like this?

My stomach has a sort of overhang over my c section scar and I can't stand the feeling of jeans over it. I wear mid-rise jeans and they look terrible on me because I pull the front down so it's under my stomach but the back comes down too and is baggy around my bum so it looks like I have no bum. I don't want low rise jeans either because I don't want a builder's bum. Do jeans exist with a higher rise at the back and cut lower at the front??

Can you wear high waisted jeans with high waisted underwear? How long is it since your section?

What about maternity jeans with the elastic panel in the front, would that work?

flaffydaffy · 21/05/2023 07:34

@somethingslastforever do you mean shape underwear? I haven't tried that and it's an expensive thing to try out and find you don't like. I don't like the feeling of anything tight around my stomach.
@AnchorWHAT love your name. Maternity jeans would probably be really comfortable but I don't think I can bring myself to wear maternity jeans when not pregnant that's like admitting my stomach is so big that I need maternity jeans for it and what if somebody noticed??

No, just normal high waisted underwear. I'm 17 months post c section now and to begin with I found normal underwear and jeans a bit irritating but it's fine now.

Oh I see. It's not anything to do with my section really, my clothes don't irritate my scar it's just the reason why my stomach is the shape it is. I don't like jeans tight around my flab shelf!
