Bumps on nose

I’ve got these colourless bumps on my nose. The size of spots, but they just stay there rather than coming and going. They’re in the crease in between my nose and cheek. I’ve had them for years but would really like to get rid of them.

Does anyone know what they are and how they can be removed? They’re not that terrible so if any treatment will leave a scar, I won’t bother.

I have no idea, but I have one on the bridge of my nose, so hoping someone has the answer!

I think they are fibrous papules of the nose.

I have one on the bridge of my nose too PP! Drives me nuts, would like to get rid of it!

I have just requested a dermatologist appointment as one of these bleeds like buggery if I knock it, but agree that I think they are fibrous papules. Will report back when I’ve seen dermatologist …
