Need something to wear for a wedding

I am late 50s, hate dressing up, a size 12-14 on top but quite flat chested but have a very podgy tummy and a size 16 on bottom. I would prefer a dress or possibly a top and skirt. Something I can wear to the wedding but also to a graduation. I will also need to wear flat shoes as I have incredibly weird feet! I don't know where to start. I bought a couple of wrap dresses for a cruise last year but because I have not much bust but needed to be big enough to accommodate my podgy tummy they really gaped on top and ended up not wearing them.

What’s your budget? And what’s the context of the wedding?

Up to £ 200. Bride is dh's great niece - July wedding (but in Scotland so could be torrential rain or brilliant sunshine!)

Three summer dresses and one for possible cooler weather.

The shirt dress is possibility - although that colour would not suit me! I'll look for some like that, thanks.

From the sales: two from Shrimps, three from Net-a-Porter. The black with green flowers is only available in a 14.
