Does anyone else splurge on too many clothes? Especially holiday clothes? Help me decide what to do with this years' splurge!
I love summer clothes even more than winter. I'm going on a proper beachy holiday this year for the first time in ages. My beach stuff is really old or kaput or doesn't fit.
I got (mainly from next):
2 swimsuits to sunbathe in (I usually wear zoggs sporty ones)
A floaty see-through kaftan
2 cheap off the shoulder beach dresses, one of which I think is better at night
Another shorty strappy beach dress again cheap
A scarf to use as a sarong
Couple of t shirts to wear with shorts and floaty trousers i already own.
The problem is before hitting next I also ordered some stuff from hush and I now have 3 new dresses that can be smart or casual, white trainers and a khaki playsuit that I really want to keep!
The hush stuff is all browns khakis and animal print and is more like my UK wardrobe. The next stuff is all blues and goes with my existing summer shoes, clothes and bags. I'm going to want a new pair of smart sandals and a jacket to go with the hush stuff. I definitely want to keep at least 2 of the dresses. Husband says keep the lot.
I feel guilty. I'm not hard up and I like to look nice. I wear clothes to death but always seem to get new stuff each year.
