So I have gained quite a bit of weight with baby number 3, it's cool it's all part of it but it's quite a lot and I know it's going to take me some time to shift plus it won't be my priority straight after birth it
Will be my baby and when I'm ready my weight.

Anyway my questions is, how do bigger people look so good? I've never been skinny my smallest has been a size 12/14 and I've always struggled with my clothes and how I feel and I'm for ever comparing myself and putting myself down. I'm trying to change this. BUT I do notice a lot of plus size ladies look absolutely fabulous in their clothes and I don't actually know how to be the same? Sounds silly but they seem to know
How to dress where as I clearly don't 🙈

Gemma collins for example looks good all the time, and lots of other plus size, am I missing something or shall I just ship from her range 😂🙈 if any ones has any tips or can advise the best places they buy their clothes I'd appreciate it. I know I'm going to feel yuck after this baby but I want to try and build my self esteem a little bit by feeling better about myself in my clothes. Tia ☺️

I was big, think size 20, and am now a 12, so I do remember.

it was expensive! I used to buy a lot of long dresses, layers, long floaty cardigans, long tops, skater dresses that came in at the waist, but I’d find that they were always from more expensive places like Yours or Simblybe, just because they had more plus size choice. I think Shein do a plus size now and that would have been brilliant to be back then.

Do you take care of your skin? Do you moisturise regularly? Do you do your hair, makeup and nails? Do you wear accessories? Do you wear nice shoes and cardigans? I have had a glow up this year doing all of these things and I'm a plus size. I think it also has to do with your confidence. I try to wear cardigans that cover my tummy and love handles.

I do try to do all of those things, it's mainly a time thing if I don't, after a long hard day I cannot be bothered to do these things but on the whole I'm pretty good and will do it most of the time, my main one is fake tan, not heavy just a light sun kissed tan, that boosts my confidence but again it's a time thing. Even when I've got all these things done if I then put on clothes that don't suit my shape it all feels pointless. I think like previous poster I will check out SHEIN curve and see how they look and go from there, I just don't really know how to dress as a bigger person. I always seem to get it wrong 🙈

If you think Gemma Collins looks good then you have a problem! She’s tall though which helps. She also filters and photoshops a lot of pictures.

I’m not big but have 2 friends who are a 16-18 and 18-20. One friend really rocks long jersey maxi dresses in either plain or two colours and they also look nice in other patterned dresses or tunic tops. I think find one or two outfits which really suit you and then work round them.
