Which jeans are in?

I need new jeans! Since skinny jeans are no longer in fashion and I’m also fed up of them (working on overhauling my wardrobe because I feel like i’ve lost my style since DC2) what jeans should I go for?

I was clueless earlier when I was out shopping 😂

Straight leg, oversized baggy, cocoon/balloon leg. Tbh so many styles except Spray on skinny.

Straight leg jeans or Mom jeans are on trend at the moment, I've seen a flares around too but less so.

But go with whatever fits you best and makes you feel good :)

And yet... still see loads of people including young people in skinny jeans.
I've recently bought some wide leg ones, flared & bootcut, which all seem to be back in the shops.
A lot depends on your shaped, what you want to wear as a top & on your feet, as certain styles work better than others.

Maybe it's regional. I don't see anyone in proper skinny jeans around me other than a few.... (I'm not going to put a name to them as I'll get lambasted)

@APurpleSquirrel yeah I see a lot of people in skinny jeans too despite them supposedly being out of fashion but I’m fed up with them anyway even if they were still ‘in’. I feel like my wardrobe needs a whole change.

Ill order a few styles and see what suits me best.

I bought slim flare jeans from Mango that are nice.

The ‘in’ jeans are baggy and low waist, not mom jeans. I would also steer away from any holes/overly distressed.

straight jeans are also in and are a bit more of a classic style. You’d probably get more wear out of these rather than the above!
