I have been using Clarins products to a greater or lesser extent for years. I always felt the customer service and quality of products were excellent but it seems to have really deteriorated recently. Has anyone else found that? Most clarins counters don't seem to even have a person on them and when they are, they don't seem to be able to offer any advice. As for online... well, I made an order and it hasn't arrived yet 2 weeks later. It tried emailing - no response. Have been on the phone for 45 minutes now and no response.
Is it just me?
I know it's ridiculous but I feel quite sad about it. It's been a constant brand in my life for a long time and I just am finding it more and more irritating.
