I have been using Clarins products to a greater or lesser extent for years. I always felt the customer service and quality of products were excellent but it seems to have really deteriorated recently. Has anyone else found that? Most clarins counters don't seem to even have a person on them and when they are, they don't seem to be able to offer any advice. As for online... well, I made an order and it hasn't arrived yet 2 weeks later. It tried emailing - no response. Have been on the phone for 45 minutes now and no response.

Is it just me?

I know it's ridiculous but I feel quite sad about it. It's been a constant brand in my life for a long time and I just am finding it more and more irritating.

My local John Lewis counter is excellent, the staff are very helpful and friendly. However the Boots counter not so.

I used Clarins for 15 years.

I still use the face wash and toner (which I think I could probably change to something much cheaper but don’t know where to start). I changed from the eye creams, day and night cream, serum etc about 3 or 4 years ago.

They are very overpriced and tbf I tried aldis q10 range as I read an excellent review on it, I loved it! Can’t believe I wasted all that money over the years on Clarins.

I have very recently started using no7 future renew range and I love it!!

Oh and for Clarins online delivery, I gave up a couple of years ago, get it from all beauty, comes next day and cheaper

Probably not cheaper - but I absolutely LOVE the Farmacy Clean Green as a facial cleanser (buy on Cult Beauty) and haven't gone back to Clarins cleansers since I started using it (except for the orange extract foaming exfoliator, which I do still love and use about once a week).

They are sending me a voucher and a "treat". Better than nothing I guess. But I think it's the end of the road for me.
