Rash on face

Anyone got any idea what this may be? Came up yesterday morning and have got slightly worse overnight, slightly sore. It looks like when I've accidentally burnt myself with my hair straighteners (I haven't!)
It's a bit raised.
Can't think of anything I've eaten or done.

May be worth looking up perioral dermatitis (there's a great support group on fb if so) but I'm not 100%.

It looks like it could be perioral dermatitis as above. I suffer quite regularly from it, just getting over a bad flare
