Sizing for SeaSalt sandals

Hi. I'm about to invest in my first pair of SeaSalt sandals (original design). I'd normally be a 39 European sizes. But my feet are pretty wide. Are SeaSalt wide, or should I size up?
Sorry for such a boring post!
Many thanks in advance.

Wide and on the largish side, in my experience. I'd go for your normal size.

I bought a pair last week and found them on the large side, also quite wide. They've had some great offers on their ebay outlet store.

Thank you @Motorina and @Bodenesque - that's really helpful

Sorry if I’m wrong, but do you mean Saltwater sandals rather than Seasalt? It’s just when you say you’re getting the original ones I’m not sure which those would be at Seasalt.

Yes, @Twoscotcheggsandajarofmarmite ! Sorry, I do mean Salt-Water sandals. Thank you for spotting this! I wonder whether previous responses apply now....(?)

Ahhhhh. Mine doesn't. I have sandals from seasalt (the patterned tunic place) - no idea about saltwater.

Many thanks @Motorina

I have wide feet and the Saltwater sandals are generous in width fit. Unfortunately for me they are very flat and contributed to my plantar fasciitis.

Just came on to say that I always get Sea Salt and Saltwater mixes up too.Grin
