Leave-in flat-backed tiny gold studs

I’m looking for some very small gold studs for my second and third lobe piercings with a flat back so that I can sleep in them. They don’t need to be solid gold but they do need to be hypoallergenic / suitable for showering, sleeping in etc. Solace Jewellery describe their earrings as suitable to leave in and they are pretty but they all have butterflies. I have looked at labret styles but they all seem to be either too big or have too long a post for earlobes.

I’d be very grateful for any recommendations!

With bling have different length posts you can select. Also ball or flat back

Andralok earrings have a hinged flat back. I keep mine in all the time. Very comfortable and sold on Amazon.

You want flat back labrets from an online piercing shop like with bling that PP mentioned, titanium in a gold colour. The tricky thing is putting them in from the back but it’s doable. I use 6mm for my healed lobes

Thank you all.

@Snoozinandlosin is 6mm the post length? Do they sit flat against the lobe or does the post protude slightly?

That’s the post length and for me they aren’t perfectly snug but I have slim lobes. That’s the shortest available I think

I have some earrings with a flat back and some with a ball fastening. Both are fine for sleeping in

I've bought from piercing mania before

I have a Solace cartilage earring in my 3rd lobe piercing. The earring post is thicker than most lobe piercings but the ball back (not flat) is so comfortable. It never causes me any bother at all and it was my slowest healing piercing and used to be sticky and annoying until switching to Solace titanium.

With bling do 4mm posts. I have thin lobes so I use 4mm labret. Not all studs come with all back lengths but most do

Buy a pillow with a hole in it. I have had 8 ear piercings over the last 6 months and I've never slept better.

Don't get the expensive £50 though. I ordered that and it was useless - the hole was too small so the earrings rubbed on them.

mine was about £20 on Amazon and it's so comfortable I will continue to use I even when the ears are fully healed.

I wanted to invest in some solid gold flat back studs that I would keep in all the time. I found some on surimai.com which are absolutely perfect. So comfortable to sleep in and bought my little girl matching ones so don't need to worry about her losing butterfly backs constantly!!
