Pregnancy friendly, simple skincare routine

I’m realising that I really need to get into a better skincare routine than my current (virtually non-existent, might remember to put night cream on) approach.

However, every time I go to start I get totally overwhelmed but what I’m meant to be doing/in which order/etc.

I’m currently pregnant with DC2 so want a simple routine as I’m totally exhausted from working/chasing after a toddler at the end of the day. Also, our bathroom is tiny so I don’t have space for umpteen different products.

My skin is always on the drier side - despite drinking lots of water.

Thanks in advance!

Also - meant to say. High street products if possible!

I'd just keep it simple and go for Cerave hydrating cleanser and one of their moisturisers. The big one in the tub (moisturising cream) is the most economical and works for most skin types, but is also available in tubes if space is that limited in the bathroom. In the morning make sure to add in a dedicated SPF as you're more prone to pigmentation during pregnancy. Go for a physical/mineral sunscreen if you're very concerned WRT safety but chemical sunscreens are considered perfectly safe during pregnancy, but if you're a rather safe than sorry sort stick to physical.
