Feeling very pleased with myself so thought I'd share.
I've have a pair of Ray Bans that I love but they were scratched. I went to Sunglass Hut to look for a new pair and realised the ones I liked the best were the same ones I had. I moaned to the sales assistant and said it was such a waste to spend £135 on new glasses when all I needed were new lenses. She said you can order new lenses from customer service customersupport.luxottica.com and Sunglass Hut will fit them for free! Apparently this applies to any brand they sell. Who knew? Mine cost £42 and received them after 4 days. As I don't live very close to one of their shops I asked in my local Vision Express and they replaced the lenses in a couple of minutes. I'm delighted!
