Help finding an item - not stylish but comfy!

I wonder if you guys can help. I recently saw someone wearing a blue/grey crew neck sweatshirt that was sleeveless. Not vest style but had looked like someone had forgotten to sew the sleeves in. It just looked really comfortable.
Any idea where I might track it down??
