Makeup recommendations please!

I need a good brightening cream concealer for my hideous eye bags.

And also an eyebrow pencil/powder/ miracle that will make my ridiculously short and rubbish eyebrows look bushy and full.

Going shopping tomorrow so any product recommendations gratefully received!! Bonus points if they are cheap. Thank you 🙏

glossier boy Brow for brows.

Concealer, there are loads. I’d probably do touché eclat for light reflecting and Mac to conceal that area but Rimmel Match Perfection concealer is amazing and a friend swears by Maybelline eraser.
