Has anybody else experienced acne post partum? I'm one year PP and my face has ERUPTED in spots this week. I had 10 yesterday and 16 today. I haven't changed anything in my diet or skincare routine. I'm not sleeping very well at the moment.
I had acne in my teens that didn't disappear until I could afford to be treated privately in my twenties and went on roaccutane. I'm breastfeeding my daughter so obviously that won't be an option this time and I can't use retinoids either.
I'm just so scared that I'm going to look hideous, my self esteem has taken a battering PP with my partner cheating on me and I just don't think I can handle this as well. The acne in my teens was awful and I'm used to not wearing make up anymore, I don't want to have to cover up my skin every day again :'(
