Summer work uniform - dresses ???

Hello, so I've spent all winter in M&S wide leg stripe trousers and a long sleeved top. Work in a very casual environment unless clients pop in, the men wear a shirt and jeans with clean trainers, what would you wear especially in the warmer weather please ?
I really want to do a Zuckerberg and buy 5 pairs of trouser, top etc

Dresses every time. Shirt dresses, sleeveless shift dresses, maxis with a belt. Wear with lovely leather open sandals. So easy

Uniqlo have a lot of very simple and practical summer dresses so I think that would be a good place to look.
