Collagen that actually makes a difference?

Is there such a thing?

I'm obviously the right age to be bombarded with various collagen adverts, but when I start looking into them, the reviewers suggest rhey make little difference, even after weeks of use. I'm aware that I'm losing collagen as it is now starting to show in terms of less supple skin on my neck, jowels and inside the creases of my arms.

Is there a product that actually works and worth spending the money on?

I haven’t seen one. Women are programmed to lose 30% of collagen at menopause. Nature doesn’t care you look older if you can’t have a baby anymore. From what I’ve seen in the research it’s good for joints but you wee out excess protein you don’t store it as skin collagen like you store fat as body fat.
