I'm 38 with combination skin. Not many lines yet but my skin isn't as fresh looking as it once was. Can anyone recommend a nice light face wash that will brighten me up a bit? Thanks!

I like Cerave. Though I think face wash has little to do with brightening. You need Tret or a retinol for that.

I really like Inkey List's Fulvic Acid cleanser for this.

I use superfacialist Rosehip face wash, feels lovely, smells lovely, and my skin has improved and looks clearer and smoother.

Thanks everyone. I will give ceravie a try. Do most of you use the normal to dry skin one? Can you use it for eye make up removal?

I use a micellar water cleanser on a cotton wool pad for my make up removal, it removed my eye make nicely. I only use a proper face wash twice a week as I find my skin doesn't react well to daily use of them.

Another one for Cerave here. I like the oil hydrating one as my skin is suuper dry, but the others I've tried are good too.
