H&M have sticks, really well priced and easy to use

For a cream pot nothing beats charlotte tilbury eyes to mesmerise- but don't even look at the matt shades they have awful reviews.

For a stock- victoria beckham eyewear is nice but in limited shades

Try the Revlon eyeshadow pots. They are excellent and not expensive. Only thing is, remember to always put the lids back on as they can dry out.

Kiko creamy eyeshadow sticks are just as good if not better than the Bobbi Brown long lasting ones and cost a quarter of the price. I've just bought 4 for the price of one Bobbi Brown one. All varying shades of taupe, light brown. Love them.

For cream pots Mac paint pots Groundwork is a sandy brown rather than a taupe but a great base. More expensive but long lasting.

Petal to the Metal!

Elf do some decent ones, available online, pretty cheap too!

Thanks all!

Definitely recommend kiko. They’ve got a fair few taupe shades in matte and sheeny finishes. They blend really nicely too and are just really nice to use. If you can get to a store you can test them all but if not I’m happy to grab mine and show you the finishes on the ones I have!

& Other Stories pot ones are great - and a great dupe for Charlotte Tilbury although the colours are not the same, the formulation is!

LadyOfTheCanyon · 12/05/2023 18:42

Rimmel have some new cream shadows in wand type containers and they are all excellent dull matte shades. £7.99 each so not massively cheap but they glom onto your eyelid like nobody's business and don't shift till you need to take them off with eye make up remover.

Oh yes, I've got a couple of the Wondercloud ones, they're great as well.

PoorlyDS · 12/05/2023 23:17

Ilmditjering about shades as my eyes have dropped hugely following Botox that I get mainly for migraine as it sorts me out but then my heavy forehead drags my eyes down!
I can't do my old style make up any more hoping slick of cream shadow , eyeliner and mascara will be ok.

GOSH eyeshadow sticks are also good. creaseproof and blend easily

LadyOfTheCanyon · 13/05/2023 19:01

Do GOSH still exist? I used to love their taupe eyeshadow pencil but they disappeared from Superdrug and I havent seen them anywhere else.
