For example, one of your photo shows the label with all the measurements on it, and then you send the person a screenshot of the sizes from the website and they still bloody ask you questions

You got stupid buyers but also stupid sellers.... I was looking for jeans and asked few sellers what material jeans were and none of them gave me a proper answer (for example 98% cotton 2% elastane), instead I got "denim with a little stretch on them" / "stretchy denim material"...

Yes, I usually add a photo of the care label showing the composition.
'Stretchy denim material' could be cotton/polyester/elastane.

My gripes with sellers are not showing the soles of footwear, not showing the back of jeans/trousers, listing anything as 'Gorgeous', not describing the item, only having 2 crap photos taken with a phone, listing things as worn twice when they look like they've been worn dozens of time, and
listing something as something it isn't. But best of all is when you order a fantastic item, and when it turns up, it's not the size it was listed as. The perfect boots in the wrong size is an expensive pair of ornaments.

I was looking for a pair of brogues. Nearly all of the results were oxfords or derbys with no broguing.

This is unusual-labels rarely tell you want the garment actually measures. I will often ask sellers what tops measure from underarm to underarm and shoulder to hem-this information would never be on a clothes label. If you won’t want to respond, then don’t, but I wouldn’t buy from you. I buy from Vinted a lot; most sellers are happy to oblige.

@Shinyandnew1 , I think she meant, she had labelled the measurements on the item before photographing it, or might have shown a tape measure in the photo.

If that is the case and the photo is clear enough to see the measurements on the tape measure (I have seen people with photos of the top and a tape measure but the photo cuts off the end of the tape measure showing the actual measurement!) then that is completely reasonable, to which I would reply-Hi, have a look at photos 3/4 which show the measurements you are after’.
