Collagen recommendations for hair?

My hair is really thinning. I am taking sea kelp tablets and spatone daily. Am also using rosemary oil on my hair.

I was wondering about throwing collagen into the mix, have been researching online but there are so many. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thank you

Hi
Not an expert by any means but I also have thinning hair. I'm taking marine collagen. I was taking a powder form which I just added to my morning shake but I have just switched to tablets from Boots. They are 1000 mg which I believe is an appropriate dosage - anything else would be too low.
I 'think' I can see a difference! I've been taking it for about 5 months and I have a lot of baby hairs that I didn't have before. Because of the speed that hair grows, it takes about 6 months to see a change. My skin and nails are better too.
For context, I'm 51 and on HRT.
