Bra size help

Can't decide what bra size I need. Ordered a 36HH (Freya) it feels okay in the cups and the front bit is flat against my chest, good separation, but band size is a bit loose and one of the underwires is really digging in at the side under my arm. Do I need a smaller band? I feel like a 34 is going to be tight. If i go to a 34 do I need a J?? Thanks!

Some bras can fit but dig into the tail of Spence (fleshy underarm area), it's the bra style not necessarily the size.

Is this side of boob or under boob?

Thanks it's my side sort of looking up at my boob. I found an old 34J which fits but is a tiny bit small so I've ordered a 34jj to compare. Bloody boobs, wish I had small ones!
