Not confident

So, I have a 15 week old.
I'm back to my goal weight and back in most of my jeans.
However, I am really struggling with my confidence and the soft mum belly which is stopping me from wearing tight clothes.
I do exercise and I watch what I eat. I'm also breastfeeding.
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this feeling and can offer advice on how to either deal with it or try to get over it?

Your baby is only 15 weeks, that's nothing. I think it took me a year to even start to feel more like myself again. Honestly please don't worry about it for now. You've grown a baby, and now you are keeping them alive. Move if you feel like it, eat good nutritious food, and everything will fall back into place when the time is right xx

Sorry, I should also add that I have a 7 year old.
I ended up very underweight after having him due to a hormone imbalance and couldn't gain the weight back for over a year so soft 'mum tum' was not an issue with him - instead I looked ill 🙈
