What colour is my roots?

So I've obviously got a lot of regrowth. And wondering what this colour is. As I wanna stay close to naturalish as I've got a streak of grey on top and everybody is fed up of me talking about hair and ignoring me (mum and dh)

So I need your lovely opinions on what colour my roots are etc!

I was a blonde growing up. Started going dark brown at 18 and now at 30 had highlights for a few years but sick of maintenance! (Evidently I've not maintained)

Well, your ear is pink! Can't determine much more from that photo! 🤣

Are you going box dye or hairdressers?

Light brown?

Mousy, mines the same.

In real terms it's a very dark blonde at the roots and then lightens towards the ends.

I don't think it has the warmth to be considered a brown. Although I apparently have warm undertones and when coloured goes orange 🤦🏼‍♀️

I'd say mousey brown, although I'm aware that sounds quite insulting so would never comment on it if not asked....

Looks like a light brown, I would guess a level 6 so if you are buying box dye try a 6N (6 natural) but when you dye it the peroxide might lift it so it might fade out a bit reddish, you can use blue shampoo to counteract that
