I'm in desperate need of new trainers. I am a size 8 and slightly wide-feet (but usual wide choice shoes feel too big, but standard sometimes feels a bit narrow). I am very conscious of making my feet look bigger than what they are. I want to look stylish but they also have to be comfortable, what trainers would be recommended if you were exploring a city for a day?

I love Veja Esplars as a style but they sadly do not love me - I have found that they wear out far too quickly and my last pair, though immaculate on the inside have fell apart on the inside and I am currently sporting some lovely blisters! I am open to all budgets but if they're £££ then I need to feel like I'm walking on beautifully looking clouds!

Axel Arigato. They really are like walking on clouds, and are quite wide-fitting. I love mine.

I have lots and lots of trainers, mostly Adidas and Vans, but my comfiest pair by far are Elle Sport.
they are a bit wider than others, and have an amazing bouncy sole.
often to be found in TKMaxx.
