And yes I can wear trainers sometimes but if I'm seeing clients I need to look smart. Bought some new stilettos which have crippled me.

I should add I get plantar so I also need some heel.
Honestly I could still carry from how I feel after wearing those things 2 days ago!

Have a look at Vionic - they are shoes with arch support, which is what plantar needs.
