These caught my eye recently, I hate feet so rarely wear any open shoes but kind of fancy these. They’re in the ugly but I like them category 😂
I’m so fussy with shoes and especially sandals, I never buy them but can see myself wearing these - I’m not sure where but somewhere! Sadly the front view veers into BFG territory for me so perhaps it’s a no overall. There’s a similar style I saw online but the heel is wider and less appealing.
What do you think?

I quite like them. The big question for me is how do they feel on? I have an awful habit of buying shoes that turn out to be so uncomfortable I never actually wear them. This year I bought myself some FitFlop wedges which look nice and are actually comfortable to wear.

@MelBushman they’re currently out of stock in my size so I haven’t tried them on, to be honest I’m not sure where I’d where them and they’re a bit pricey to just sit on my shoe rack gathering dust! I think it’s a no due to the front view anyway, @Changingplace they’re bad from the front aren’t they?! They have such a nice side profile 😂

Thank you, I have seen these but I like the closed toes on the others which makes them much more work appropriate.

I bought sandals from R&B last summer and had to size down. It may be worth trying on the other sizes.

Set up an alert to let you know if they come back in stock. The R&B one does actually work.

I like them, but sadly too high for me. I bought the Portland fisherman last year, and they are so worth the money. The leather is butter soft, had no rubbing.

Yes I’ve set up an alert, just wonder if they’re permanently out of stock now! Although I think I’ve talked myself out of them anyway; not sure if I can handle the front look of them now 😂

To be honest they look like they would weigh a ton, not what you want in the summer I would imagine.

In my defence I’ve had an eye out for a killer work appropriate summer shoe for a year, I couldn’t define what I wanted beyond knowing that a loafer wouldn’t be for me, and then I saw these

I think they’re not for me every time I see them from any angle that isn’t the side, but I’m glad you love them!! Hope they remain comfy and bring you many happy summer days to come ☀️
