Flat/frizzy hair

Looking for any advice /product recommendations please. My hair is looking awful at the moment, really flat at the roots and then from mid length down to the ends it's dry and frizzy. Ive tried using clarifying shampoos, always use conditioner on the ends and a dry oil/serum before drying my hair. Have been avoiding too much heat but do give it a quick blast with the blow dryer. My hair is quite fine so I try to avoid putting too much on it that will potentially weigh it down more.

I've used a scalp oil once or twice a week which has helped the greasy root (fight fire with fire so to speak) and colour wow spray stuff in a silver bottle, sorry can't remember the name! But is the best thing I've ever used on my frizzy hair plus lasts through drizzle or humid condition.

I have curly hair which has a tendency to turn to frizz at any moment. Used to use lots of serums & oils to smooth it down but ended up rather flat.
A couple of years ago I started the curly girl method. Stopped using shampoo & instead co-wash (wash with conditioner). The secret was to avoid using products that contain sulphates or parabens. These can cause lots of frizz. I use a curl cream with a little leave in conditioner. I also put some gel or mousse on the roots to avoid having a flat top & pin my wet hair up with grips while it dries.

My hair is much better behaved now.

I add conditioner and Olaplex 6 to wet hair, and that tames frizz. Colour Wow Dream coat wrecked my hair
